Junior Account Executive

Full-time | Festival Park | Staffordshire

We’re looking for an awesome Junior Account Executive to join us. Yeah, yeah we know it’s exciting, so what are you waiting for?

A few things you probably need to know… You ideally need a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a marketing environment, a passion for marketing and social media with excellent communication skills.

Skills to pay the bills

  • Ideally 1 years’ experience of working in a marketing environment
  • Passionate about marketing
  • Know your way around social media – from Instagram to LinkedIn. You’ll be interested in planning content and promoting campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Confident co-ordinating timelines and schedules
  • Innovative and creative
  • Customer focused
  • Self-starter, uses initiative and stays motivated
  • Keen to learn and be hands on
  • Sociable with a desire to work in a motivated & fun team
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills
  • Thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clearly articulates feedback

What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll be part of the team looking after the relationship with clients and delivering first-class levels of customer service
  • You’ll help to manage the social media for our clients from the planning through to execution, helping to advise and deliver key objectives for clients.
  • Assist in managing client campaigns, making sure all the elements of that campaign are built, implemented and managed on time and to budget
  • Progress marketing activity prescribed for the client
  • Keeping in touch with clients at key points and proactively reporting results to them with the assistance of the Accounts team
  • Dealing with any account issues and resolving with the help of internal teams
  • Developing and communicating the agenda for client meetings and following up with contact reports
  • Quality assuring the information we receive and send to the client
  • Documenting your work with each client including the use of our job CRM system
  • Reviewing results with the team to ensure that everything is on track for the client
  • Identifying any opportunities for growth within our current client base
